Construction update - April 2021

The secure underground parking areas are built and will have the final surfaces and road markings towards the end of the project.

Underground drainage is 60% completed, awaiting local authority main road drain scheme to finalise the design.

All concrete frames to the 5 buildings have been completed and are watertight.

Building A is 100% completed internally with only external architectural treatments outstanding, with some additional EIA changes to external fire escape regulations to follow.

Lift shafts to the two tallest buildings (B & C) are formed awaiting architect details for the front low rise buildings.

First fix internal main drains are installed to all buildings and all service risers are formed.

Building D1 and D2 await minor amendments for the external fire escapes in accordance with EIA regulations due shortly for implementation.

Final working drawings in accordance with EIA approval will be concluded end of May 2021, when internal fitting out can commence in accordance with construction law and EIA regulations.
